This tutorial explains how to set the Java Development Kit (JDK) settings in Streamezzo WorkBench Developer. The JDK is necessary to compile the rich media scenes.
- Invoke the Preferences page by doing any of the following:
- From the Window menu pop-up select Preferences.
- In the RSP Editor right-click and select Preferences.
The Preferences page appears.
- In the left pane expand the Workbench Developer tree structure and select Compilation > JDKs.
The right pane displays the JDK page. - In the right pane, click the "Add" button to set the JDK.
The "Add JDK" page appears. - Browse and select the JDK installation folder, and click the "OK" button.
The Preferences page appears, displaying the newly added JDK details.
A name for the JDK will be automatically set and based on the selected folder, but you can define your own name for this JDK. - Click the "OK" button.
The Compilation settings page appears.
